Let's face it it - emotional turmoil is at an all-time high - at least as far as what I am seeing in the world today. Everyone is fearful, angry, feeling hopeless; and many are downright depressed. Maybe there isn't much we can do to control what is going on the world, but there is a LOT we can do to support a healthy emotional response to our environment.
