While visiting with a friend the other day, she asked me, "What is clean living, anyway?"  When I thought about the answer, I realized it could mean a lot of different things to different people.  My mind literally went on a crazy rabbit trail thinking about "clean living" could be talking about what we eat, or watch on TV, or listen to on the radio!  I realized, that's not what she was meaning by asking her question, so I reeled my mind in and tried to focus on what she was really wanting to know ~ what does it look like to try to have a home environment that is plant-based and free from harsh chemicals.
