With the way things are in the world today, STRESS is running rampant and taking a huge toll on everyone's wellness and quality of life.
While I certainly feel powerless to do much about the state of affairs in our present world, I have a LOT of tools in my arsenal for managing the stress that can cause Sleeplessness, Sadness and challenges to our Wellness.
If you've been following me for any length of time, you know that I'm a big proponent of natural wellness and taking care of my body with a healthy diet, moderate exercise, "me time" and using products that are plant based and devoid of harmful ingredients and artificial fragrances, etc.
When it comes to Stress, Sleep & Sadness, the most powerful tools I have found for these are:
- Time outdoors in the fresh air and sunshine
- Moderate exercise (hard workouts increase stress hormones in the body)
- Healthy food choices, like lots of fruits & veggies
- Pure, authentic essential oils (not the typical brands you see in the marketplace)
