I've Walked This Road — Now I'll Walk It With You

I didn't read about the signals beneath the surface. I lived inside them — the fog, the fatigue, the stiffness and weight gain I renamed "normal" for far too long — before I learned how to actually read them and change course.

That's the part I haven't told you yet: I didn't just figure out what the signals were. I figured out what to do about them. And I did it the slow, real way — testing, adjusting, paying attention to my own body until the pattern made sense and things started changing.

You've heard me talk about the signals for months now. You know what they sound like. You've probably started noticing your own. I got that far in my own journey, too - and I expected the doctors to help me from there.  But that didn't happen - in fact, they pretty much summed up my observations as "aging."  That just was not an acceptable premise for me - so I set out to figure it out.

Recognizing a signal is step one. Knowing what it's actually pointing to — and what to do about it, in your body, your life, your history — is a different skill. It's the one I built for myself first, out of necessity, and have spent years refining for the people I work with. 

That trial and error cost me years. I'm not going to promise you can skip the process entirely — every body still has its own learning curve.

But I did discover a few things that seem to hold true no matter whose signals I'm looking at.
Patterns matter.
Context matters.
The body tells a story.

And when you learn how to connect the dots, the next steps often become much clearer.

I have a genuine passion for helping people do that, so they don't have to start from zero like I did.
