No. The purpose of this session is clarity, not sales. If supportive products or other wellness resources are relevant to your goals, I'll explain why, but there is never any obligation or pressure.

How long is the session?
Plan on approximately 60 minutes. I don't watch the clock—I focus on making sure you leave with clarity and a practical next step.
