What Happens Next

A quiet moment of confirmation.

Here's what to expect between now and September 10.

There's nothing you need to do right now. In a few minutes, a confirmation email will arrive with the details of the session and the link you'll use to join live. A reminder will follow the day before, and again shortly before we begin. If you can't attend in real time, a recording will be sent to the same email address after the session ends — so you can watch when the moment feels right.

A Few Simple Reminders

Small things worth knowing.

Nothing urgent. Just a gentle guide.
Step One

Check your inbox.

Look for a confirmation email from us. If you don't see it, a quick peek in your promotions or spam folder usually does the trick.

Step Two

Add it to your calendar.

Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 8:00 PM ET. Choosing a quiet space to listen from tends to make the hour feel more spacious.

Step Three

If you can't attend live.

A recording will arrive by email a day or two after the session. You'll have time to watch at your own pace.

Before We Meet

A little context for what's ahead.

Healing rarely happens in a straight line.

During our time together, we'll look at healing as an ongoing conversation between the body's systems — sleep, nutrition, metabolism, hormones, mitochondria, and immune function — rather than as a single fix. You don't need to prepare anything, take notes, or read ahead. Come as you are, with your curiosity. The session is designed to help you notice patterns you may not have noticed before, and to leave feeling a little more grounded in how your body actually works.

A Quiet Note

Thank you for being here.

The fact that you registered says something meaningful — that you're willing to listen a little more closely to what your body may already be saying.

I look forward to spending an hour with you on September 10.
