The following are suggestions for how many have done this Petrochemical Cleanse in the past.  You are free to use common sense and intuition, as always, when choosing to incorporate oils into your life.  These are the recommendations that have worked for others in the past, but as always, we recommend you follow your instincts, because nobody knows your body like you do. 

We have three options, depending on whether you are using Ledum, or JuvaCleanse for your topical application, as well as a third option for incorporating the Cel-Lite Magic massage oil.

Pour all into a small jar (4 oz. is plenty big enough).  Put the lid on the jar and let it set overnight.  (You could gently roll the jar around to disperse, but shaking it is not recommended).  Using a pipette or medicine dropper, refill the original bottles with your mixture and label them Week 1, Week 2, Week 3 (the 4th bottle leftovers can be used on additional body areas - especially the liver area under the right ribcage).  

Option #2 Citrus Fresh & JuvaCleanse for Topical Application (This is the one I'll be using) 

Pour all into a small jar (4 oz. is plenty big enough).  Put the lid on the jar and let it set overnight.  (You could gently roll the jar around to disperse, but shaking it is not recommended).  Using a pipette or medicine dropper, refill the original bottles with your mixture and label them Week 1, Week 2, Week 3 (the 4th bottle leftovers can be used on additional body areas - especially the liver area under the right ribcage).

Put 10 drops of Grapefruit (Or JuvaCleanse) Vitality Oil in two size "00" Empty Gel Caps and take with 8 oz of water once a day.  

You can substitute JuvaCleanse if you are concerned about Grapefruit and other medications.  

You can also use 5 drops each of grapefruit and JuvaCleanse in each capsule instead of just using grapefruit - this is what I do, as I like having the extra benefit of the chelating effects of helichrysum in the JuvaCleanse Vitality oil.
