The Signals Check-In
Something feels off,
and you're not sure what to make of it.
Your sleep has shifted. Your energy isn't what it was. Maybe your digestion, your mood, or your recovery has quietly changed. Each thing on its own feels small. Together, they feel like something worth paying attention to.
The Signals Check-In is a thoughtful place to begin.

Why This Check-In Exists
Symptoms are rarely the whole story.
Patterns are.
Most of us were taught to look at symptoms one at a time. A sleep issue here. A digestion issue there. A mood shift. A change in how we recover. So we go looking for a separate answer to each one, and we end up more confused than when we started.
The body doesn't actually work that way. What shows up in one place is often connected to something happening somewhere else. Recognizing those connections is where real clarity begins.
The Check-In is a short, guided way to look at what you've been noticing — not as isolated complaints, but as signals that may belong together.

What The Check-In Includes
A simple beginning.
A more useful way of looking.
A Few Simple Questions
You'll answer a short set of questions about what you're noticing in your body right now — nothing overwhelming, nothing clinical.
A Short Teaching Experience
Right after, you'll continue to a brief teaching that helps you begin making sense of the signals — and understand why they may be connected.
A Clearer Place To Start
You'll leave with a different way of looking at what you've been experiencing — and a sense of where it may make sense to focus first.
A Few Questions Worth Sitting With
Have you found yourself thinking any of these?
“I don't feel like myself, but I can't quite name what's different.”
“The things that used to work don't seem to work the same way anymore.”
“My sleep, my energy, and my mood all feel connected, but I don't know how.”
“I've been told everything looks fine — but something still feels off.”
“I don't need more information. I need to know what actually matters for me.”

A Note From Jacque
I don't believe your body is failing you.
I believe it's trying to tell you something.
For more than two decades, I've worked with people who knew something had shifted long before anyone could tell them why. The Check-In is the same kind of conversation I've had with them — a thoughtful place to begin noticing what your body may already be showing you.
