Office Hours is a live monthly conversation held over Zoom. It's an unhurried hour where members bring their questions, share what they've been noticing, and explore current research together in a relaxed, interactive setting.

There's no lecture, no pressure, and no need to know exactly what to ask before you arrive. Sometimes the most valuable conversations begin with a simple question you weren't sure how to word.

Come as you are. Listen if you'd like. Ask when you're ready.

Office Hours meets on the first Thursday of every month at 8:00 p.m. Eastern. Register once for the recurring Zoom meeting and you'll receive access to every future session. Each month we'll explore new questions, emerging research, and the patterns our community is noticing together.

How Office Hours Work

What happens during Office Hours?
Office Hours is a live, one-hour Zoom conversation held once each month for Signals Insider members. Bring your questions, share what you've been noticing, explore new research, or simply listen. There's no formal presentation—just thoughtful conversation about the patterns beneath the surface and what they might mean.
Do I have to attend live?
No. Every session is recorded and posted inside the Vault, so you can watch whenever it fits your schedule. Join live when you can, catch the replay when you can't. Both are valuable.
How do I access the replays?
The most recent replay is featured on this page, along with any companion resources discussed during the session. Previous recordings remain available inside the Office Hours library, so you can revisit them anytime.
Can I submit a question in advance?
Absolutely. You're welcome to submit a question before the session so I have time to think it through. Questions submitted in advance often shape the direction of our conversation, but you're also welcome to ask questions live.
How do I join the live session?
Simply register using the button on this page. Once you've registered for the recurring Zoom meeting, you'll receive the link for every future Office Hours session. Each month's page will also include the current meeting information and any updates.
