Supporting Steady Fuel.

The 7-Day Experiment is your foundation: protein early, color, water. Food comes first. If you’d like extra support while you build that rhythm, these are the two places I’d start.

Five free practices

Small shifts that keep your fuel steady

Pick one or two that feel doable alongside your protein breakfast this week. No purchase required..

1

Take a 10-minute walk after meals

Working muscles pull sugar out of the bloodstream. A short walk after eating is one of the most studied ways to soften the spike-and-crash.

2

Eat your protein and vegetables first

The order matters. Starting with protein and vegetables, then starches, slows how quickly sugar reaches your blood.

3

Never let a carb travel alone

Pair fruit, crackers, or toast with protein or fat: apple with nut butter, crackers with cheese. Steadier in, steadier out.

4

Add fiber where you can

Beans, berries, greens, chia, ground flax. Fiber slows digestion and feeds the gut bacteria that help regulate appetite.

5

Close the kitchen two to three hours before bed

This gives your body an overnight break from processing food. Many people notice better sleep and a clearer morning appetite.

Choose one or two, not all of them. You're looking for patterns, not perfection.

Optional support

If you'd like extra support

These are optional. The practices above come first. Some people like extra support while they build new habits.

Balance & Burn

Helps support GLP-1 production and healthy blood sugar levels already within the normal range. Made for “food noise” and foggy afternoons.*

It contains caffeine (guarana and green tea), so take it in the morning. If you take medication for blood sugar, including GLP-1 medications, talk with your provider before adding it.

If you’re pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, check with your healthcare provider first.

Master Cellular Nutrition™

A daily foundation that helps fill common nutrient gaps, including several forms of magnesium.*

If you’re pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, check with your healthcare provider first.
