FAQs About Easy as 1, 2, 3
Q. Does the new enrolling Customer or Brand Partner need to place a specific order type for me to qualify?
A. Yes, it needs to be a first-time order of 100 PV or more on Loyalty Rewards.

Q. Do reactivations count toward this promotion?
A. No, this needs to be a brand-new enrollee and their first order ever on the account.

Q. If a newly enrolled Customer or Brand Partner uses the ShareYL code to get 10 percent off, will that enrollment still count toward the promotion?
A. Yes, it will count if the order is a first-time loyalty order of at least 100 PV before the discount is applied.

Q. Can I earn the Easy 1, 2, 3 promotional rewards each month?
A. You can qualify for helping two and three place 100+ PV orders on Loyalty Rewards each month; however, you can only qualify for the help one reward once in the six-month promotional period. For example, if you sell 100 PV on a loyalty order to at least one new enrolling Customer or Brand Partner on January 3, you’ll earn the help one reward for January. If you do the same thing for another new Customer or Brand Partner in February, you won’t earn the help one reward for February. But you can still earn the help 2 and help 3 rewards in the following months.
Q. If I sell to new Customers or Brand Partners in another country, will that still count as an enrollment toward the promotion?
A. Yes, if you’re in the U.S. market, you can help new enrolling Customers and/or Brand Partners outside of the U.S. place a 100+ PV loyalty order and it’ll count toward the promotion for you (being in the U.S. market).

Q. When a new Customer or Brand Partner enrolls in Young Living, does their order need to be placed on the same day they create an account?
A. The creation of the account and the qualifying order do not have to be on the same day, but they do need to be within the same calendar month. For example, if a new Customer creates their account on March 1, they’ll need to place their qualifying order by 11:59 p.m., MT, on March 31.

Q. Do the rewards stack?
A. Yes, you can earn all three rewards for one month only in a six-month promotional period. After that, you can still earn both the help two and three rewards for each of the following months.
Q. When will the prizes ship?
A. The rewards members earn will be shipped with their next product order of at least 1 PV after the following month’s commission run. For example, if they qualify for a reward in February, their qualification will be confirmed during the March commission run—usually on or around the 17th of the month. Their reward will then be shipped with their next product order of at least 1 PV after that date.
