"Day 6: I sat in Starbucks with a friend and had zero desire for a sweet drink or junk. Work meetings are usually a major trigger for me - I used to eat at my desk while working insane hours, and the food noise became constant. In the past, we could be discussing something as serious as raising sponsors for our nonprofit to cover the food budet, and my brin would still be obsessing over a brownie and a caramel frappuccino (even plotting how to sneak it afterward).
Last night? None of that. No cravings, No mental tug-of-war. Just peace. Huge win!"
"Day 7 for me. Definitely noticed the craving to snack has lessened. About 9 weeks ago my husband and I saw a holistic nutrition response provider. Muscle testing. We have decreased sugar intake. switched to gluten free, dairy free. Balance and burn came at a great time for me. Trying to get enough water and protein in fills me up and therefore decreases snack time. I am not a huge exercise person due to foot/ankle pain, but plan on doing indoor walking to start."
"I started on the 26th and despite eating lots of charcuterie, cheese, olives, bread, wine, I am not bloated - which is a first for me! I have noticed I am sleeping better already!
